  • Three more American Horror Story cast members from Season 1, regular Evan Peters and recurring Sarah Paulson and Lily Rabe, will return for the anthology series’ second season as regulars. They will join Jessica Lange and Zachary Quinto, all playing new characters in a new setting at a East Coast institution. Source
  • Hawaii Five-0 star Alex O’Loughlin will miss at least one episode of the CBS crime drama for a stint in rehab. “Alex is taking a short break from Hawaii Five-0 to receive supervised treatment for prescription pain medication due to a recent shoulder injury,” a rep for the actor said in a statement.   • Most of the principal cast of PBS’ cultural phenomenon Downton Abbey — including Michelle Dockery (Lady Mary), Elizabeth McGovern (Cora), Hugh Bonneville (Robert), Joanne Froggatt (Anna) and Brendan Coyle (Bates) — have inked new deals through the show’s fourth and fifth season. hose who have yet to sign on the dotted line (the key word there being yet) are Dan Stevens (Matthew), Siobhan Finneran (O’Brien) and Jessica Brown Findlay (Lady Sybil). The cast’s original pacts carried them through the currently-in-production Season 3 (slated to air stateside in January 2013). The new contracts were inked despite the fact that Abbey has yet to be officially renewed beyond Season 3. Source
