- John Goodman has joined the cast of Roseanne Barr’s new NBC pilot Downwardly Mobile. Written and executive-produced by Barr, the pilot will bring the Roseanne star back to series television as the proprietor of a mobile home park and surrogate mother to all the characters who live there. Goodman, whose recent credits include Damages, Treme and Community, will play the resident handyman on the property. Source
