  • Amy Acker, who had roles on both Joss Whedon’s Angel and Dollhouse, will visit ABC’s fantastical freshman drama Once Upon a Time as a romantic interest for both Grumpy (of the Seven Dwarves) and his surly Storybrooke counterpart, Leroy, in a late winter episode that delves into the grouch’s backstory.   • ABC has canceled long-running reality series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The series will end its nine-season run with two episodes on January 6 and January 13, including the show’s 200th, in which the team builds 7 homes in 7 days for tornado victims in Joplin, Mo. ABC plans to keep the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition franchise alive through specials after this season. Source
  • Suburgatory reunites Alicia Silverstone with Clueless costar Jeremy Sisto. Silverstone is joining ABC’s rookie comedy for a multi-episode arc as a potential love interest for Sisto’s single dad character, George. Source
