TV News: 63rd Annual Directors Guild Awards Nominations Announced

On January 11th, 2011, Directors Guild of America President Taylor Hackford today announced the DGA’s nominees for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Television and Commercials for the year 2010.

HBO was the leader with 14 nominations including nods nods for Boardwalk Empire, Entourage, The Pacific, Temple Grandin, You Don’t Know Jack and Bill Maher’s But I’m Not Wrong. For dramatic series, the nominations included ABC’s Lost, AMC’s The Walking Dead, and Mad Men. The comedy nominations went to ABC’s Modern Family, NBC’s 30 Rock and FOX’s Glee.
