On Thursday July 14th, 2011, the Emmy nominations were announced. Modern Family received 17 nominations, including outstanding comedy series. The show was the most nominated comedy series. Also, the six adult cast members were nominated in the supporting categories. Congratulations to the entire cast and crew for all the hard work they do in bringing the funniest show on television.
