The last three years the Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series has gone to AMC’s Mad Men, and the critics are still crazy about this show. It has a really big chance to continue with its winning streak. However, Mad Men faces strong competition from HBO’s Boardwalk Empire who has already won 7 Creative Emmys last week and is also a period time show that usually voters love.
But what do we (Geek4TV) love? In case you care a little bit, which we hope you do :). We are hoping for The Good Wife or Friday Night Lights to take the award. The Good Wife has had an amazing season and this is Friday Night Lights first nomination and their last chance (the show already ended). However we believe either Mad Men or Boardwalk Empire would win, still The Good Wife has a really good chance.
